What does property management cost?
Fees depend on the property and the level of service, and are quoted before you sign anything. Most owners find that steady occupancy, fewer vacancies and fewer costly surprises more than cover the fee.
How do you screen tenants?
Every applicant goes through income verification, rental history, credit and background checks, applied the same way to everyone in line with fair housing law. We only place tenants we would put in our own property.
Who handles repairs?
We do. Tenants report issues to us, we dispatch trusted local contractors, and you approve anything above the limit we agree on in your management plan.
Can you manage a property I inherited or live far from?
Yes. Out-of-area and inherited rentals are a large part of what we manage. We can also advise on whether keeping the rental or selling, by listing or auction, is the better move.
