Where do most Clinton County home sales happen?

Wilmington by a wide margin, then Sabina, Blanchester and the townships around them. Wilmington has the most new construction, while the villages offer older homes on larger lots at lower prices.

Is Clinton County a good place for a hobby farm?

Yes. The county has many five to twenty acre properties with barns and outbuildings, and it is close enough to Cincinnati and Dayton that buyers from both cities look here. We list and auction rural property throughout the county.

What about Sabina and the northern townships?

They are the closest part of the county to our office, about twenty minutes away, and they share a market with Fayette County. We sell there often and know the area's wells, septic systems and school boundaries.
