Greene County is our western neighbor beyond Fayette, home to Xenia, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the eastern edge of the Dayton metro. The county's east side, around Jamestown and Bowersville, borders Fayette County and shares a rural market with us.

Greene County is a county of two halves. The west is suburban Dayton, with Beavercreek and Fairborn, university campuses and the air base. The east is farm country with small villages, Cedarville University and the Little Miami bike trail running through Xenia.

We work the eastern half most, but our MLS membership covers the whole county, and we can represent you anywhere in it.

Which part of Greene County do you serve most?

The eastern townships and Xenia. Jamestown, Bowersville and the farmland toward the Fayette line are minutes from Jeffersonville and share buyers with our home county. Xenia is a regular market for us as well.

How does Wright-Patterson affect the market?

Heavily. The base is one of the largest employers in Ohio and creates constant demand for homes and rentals in Fairborn, Beavercreek and Xenia. Military relocations mean well-kept homes come to market on a schedule.

Do you sell farms and land in Greene County?
