How different are Lancaster and Pickerington?

Very. Pickerington is a Columbus suburb with new subdivisions, top-rated schools and suburban prices. Lancaster is an older county seat with a historic core, lower prices and more of a small-city feel. Both are in our MLS.

Is Fairfield County a good place for acreage?

The southern and eastern townships are, where the land begins to roll toward the Hocking Hills. Wooded lots and small farms are available at prices that fall as you move away from US 33.
