Local knowledge for Grove City
Grove City is the Franklin County suburb we know best. It is the first sizable city on the route from our office to Columbus, and many of our clients either live there now and want more land, or grew up in Fayette County and want to be closer to work. It has parks, a redeveloped town center and a wide range of housing.
Grove City has grown from a small farm town into one of the larger suburbs of Columbus, but its historic downtown along Broadway still hosts festivals and a farmers market. Big parks, the library and easy access to I-71 and I-270 make it practical for commuters.
We work Grove City regularly and can advise on how its neighborhoods compare, and on what a move a little farther south would buy you.
