What are Xenia's neighborhoods like?

Downtown and the older blocks around it have brick and frame homes from before 1950, many rebuilt or restored after the 1974 tornado. The north side has newer subdivisions, and the edges of town have ranches on larger lots.

Is Xenia a good place for a commuter to Dayton?

Yes. US 35 runs straight into Dayton in about twenty-five minutes, and Wright-Patterson and Beavercreek are closer still. Xenia's prices sit below Beavercreek's, which draws buyers who work there.
